You are visiting a website owned by Hoper, the sponsor of the Hope for Homeownership Research Program. Hoper stands for Home Ownership Promotion Education and Research (Hoper). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all websites owned or operated by Hoper, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Websites” or each individually “Website”) on which this Agreement or a link thereto is displayed. This Agreement also applies to your use of any goods, facilities, or services offered through the Websites (collectively “Services”), regardless of where or how they are accessed, including but not limited to via a desktop computer or mobile device. It is important that you read the entire Agreement carefully as some provisions affect your legal rights. The Agreement includes an agreement to resolve any disputes between you and us through binding arbitration, a class action waiver, as well as other important disclaimers, warranties, and limitations on liability.

Electronic Disclosures and Communications

Disclosures and Communications will be provided to you (and on behalf of any individual designated by you) electronically via your designated email address. However, if you wish to obtain a paper copy of any legally required disclosure, you may write to Hoper, Disclosure Request, 3638 E Pinon Court, Gilbert, AZ 85234 with the details of your request. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.

Scope of Consent

Your consent to receive Disclosures and Communications and to do business electronically, and our agreement to do so, applies to this Inquiry with Hoper and its participating Network of service providers.

Consenting to Do Business Electronically

Before you decide to do business electronically with Hoper, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain the Disclosures and Communications electronically, you will need to use the following computer software and hardware:

· Internet access with 128-bit encryption
· Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or higher
· Ability to Print
· Internet Explorer 8 or higher
· Email Access
· Firefox version 3.6 or higher

Withdrawing Consent

Because Hoper will provide the Disclosures and Communications to you instantaneously, you will not be able to withdraw your consent to do business electronically with Hoper during the Inquiry process. However, after your Inquiry is submitted, you may withdraw your consent to do business electronically in connection with your Inquiry with Hoper at no cost to you.

If you choose to withdraw your consent in connection with your Inquiry, you can receive future Disclosures and Communications in paper form, by U.S. mail at no charge to you by contacting 1-855-647-4300 or in writing at the address provided above. If you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of electronic Disclosures and Communications previously provided to you will not be affected.

Changes to Your Contact Information

You should keep us informed of any change in your email or U.S. postal mailing address. You may contact Hoper Customer Care by telephone at 1-855-647-4300 regarding any such changes. PLEASE PRINT AND RETAIN A COPY OF THIS CONSENT AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.

Hoper is a socially innovative research organization. Research participants earn 1099 income that is taxable to them. Hoper recommends that program earnings be used for cash reserves after closing or to cover closing costs above and beyond the participant’s minimum statutory investment. Hoper is not a lender, participants must consult with their lender regarding how earnings may be used in accordance with all lender and regulator underwriting guidelines. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Housing Administration do not approve or endorse private research organizations, and Hoper claims no such approval or endorsement.
